零件设计模型向毛坯模型转换技术研究 被引量:4

摘要  叙述了基于特征识别的零件毛坯建模技术,并从面加工特征和体加工特征两方面进行了形状特征的识别,然后根据特征造型过程中存在的布尔操作进行相反的布尔加或布尔减操作,再根据精度特征、材料特征、加工特征等进行相应加工余量的补偿,得到了毛坯模型. Based on feature recognition, this paper presents a method to construct staring work pieces created by casting. Firstly, this method recognizes features of cast then machined parts and volumetric machining operations; Mechanical parts are lifted through recognition of machining feature for cast then machined parts and volumetric machining operations to obtain cast faces. Then, staring work pieces are created.
