在市场经济条件下,资信评级对一个企业的资信状况起着决定性作用,但在目前的资信评级过程中,评级机构设置、评级人员素质、评级方法、评级标准等在一定程度上存在着不尽人意的地方。为此,亟待采取相应对策,使评级工作趋于科学、合理、客观、公正。

Under the market economy, property-assessing decides the fame of an enterprise. However, during the current course of property assessing, there is something unreasonable in the outfit setting, personnel making, assessing method, assessing criterion etc. Therefore, we need to take some measures accordingly in order to make the work of property-assessing be more scientific, reasonable, external and equal.
