摘要
以四丁基溴化铵为相转移催化剂,2-萘酚和氯化苄为原料合成苄基-2-萘基醚,采用单因素实验法,得到最佳配比为2-萘酚∶氯化苄∶催化剂∶氢氧化钠=1∶1.05∶0.028∶1.10(摩尔比)。在最佳反应温度100°C下反应1.5h,苄基-2-萘基醚的收率可达到85.32%以上,产品纯度达到99.6%以上。
The synthesis of benzyl-2-naphthyl ether by the reaction of 2-naphthol and benzyl chloride using phase transfer catalyst Bu_4NBr was studied. The single factor test method was used in synthesis. The optimum reaction conditions were: 2-naphthol: benzyl chloride: Bu_4NBr: sodium hydroxide=1∶1.05∶(0.028)∶1.10 (molar ratio), temperature 100°C and reaction time 1.5 h. The yield of benzyl-2-naphthyl ether can reach 85.32%, and the purity of the product is over 99.6%.
