拉美国家的汇率制度与美元化 被引量：5

摘要 汇率制度安排与经济增长的关系是一个争论不休的问题。通过分析拉美汇率制度的变迁 ,我们可以得出以下几点认识 :第一 ,必须根据本国的实际情况选择汇率制度。第二 ,拉美国家的决策者似乎也面临“三难选择”。第三 ,与东亚国家相比 ,拉美国家的汇率经常出现大起大落的变化。美元化被认为是一种规避汇率风险的特殊制度安排。虽然 3个拉美国家 (巴拿马、萨尔瓦多和厄瓜多尔 )已实现了美元化 ,但在可预见的将来 ,这种安排不可能被所有拉美国家采纳。事实上 ,即便在整个世界 ,实施美元化的国家 (地区 )
