水热改性对NiMo/γ-Al_2O_3加氢脱氮催化剂结构及性能的影响

摘要 现代社会的发展对清洁轻质油品的需求量不断增加,而世界原油质量日趋变重变差,且氮、硫等杂质问题日益突出,因此迫切需要开发高性能的加氢精制催化剂,以适应现代社会对石油产品质量日益严格的要求. The influence of hydrothermal modification on the structure and hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) activity of NiMo/-Al2O3 catalyst was studied in the range 140~180 ℃. The experimental results indicated that the hydrodenitrogenation reaction rate of pyridine was accelerated using the NiMo/-Al2O3 catalyst synthesized via hydrothermal route due to the change of the structure, the increase of the amount of Mo and Ni and the rise of the specific surface area. The change of the structure of catalysts was enhanced at higher hydrothermal temperature, producing NiMo/-Al2O3 catalyst with better HDN activity.
