摘要
研制了基于 5 1单片机和相敏检测模块 CD5 0 5 R2的双积分球组织光学特性参数测量系统。阐明了该系统的工作原理、硬件组成和软件设计 ;通过对标准样品 (Intralipid,Evans Blue)光学特性参数 (6 32 .8nm )的测试 ,证明了该系统具有精度高、操作便捷、性价比高的优点。
A double-integrating-sphere system for measuring the optical properties of tissue based on 51 serial single chip microcomputer and phase-detector module CD505R2 was developed. The operating principle, hardware construction and soft design of this system were illustrated. The optical properties of Intralipid and Evans Blue (632.8nm) were measured by this double-integrating-sphere system. The results showed that this new system has the advantages of high precision, convenient operation and high capability/price rate.
