Citizen,Civil Society and Citizen′s Ethical Construction

"公民社会"是中国知识界的新课题,公民道德建设则是提高全民族思想道德素质的基础性工程。公民社会的建设,取决于公民素质尤其是思想道德素质的水准。公民道德是我国道德体系建设的基础,确立公民基本道德规范具有重要的现实意义。在具体贯彻和遵行公民基本道德规范的实践中,必须正确理解、认真处理好基本道德规范的"基本"和"重点"、"基本道德规范"与公民"基本道德要求"的关系以及"三德"着力点等一系列重要问题。

Civil society' is a new subject in China′s intellectual circles.Citizen′s ethical construction is a basic project which can improve the ideological and ethical standards of the whole nation.The construction of civil society depends on citizen′s quality,especially the level of ideological and ethical standards.Citizen′s morality is the foundation of our country′s moral system construction,so it is important and realistic to establish citizen′s basic code of ethic.In following and carrying out the practice of citizen′s basic code of ethic,we must understand and deal with a series of important issues correctly,such as the relation of 'basic' moral code and 'important' moral code,the relation of 'basic moral code' and 'basic moral requirements' for citizens,and the most important part of 'Three morals' and so on.
