摘要
现代企业制度的建立、竞争激烈的市场形势,对办公室主任的工作提出了更高的要求。按照已有经验和理论开展工作、处理复杂的人际关系,已难适应,必须运用科学的、高超的工作技能。结合企业办公室主任的工作实践,在秘书、行政管理、办公室工作理论及有关论述的指导下,从人际关系处理与实务工作两大方面,对其工作技能进行探讨,并提出有关建议。
An office director is on an important position which joints almost all segments of an enterprise.Such a position is of significance for the operation and development of an enterprise.Under the new system of modern enterprises and facing the fierce competition,an office director has to improve his conventional working skills to make his work more scientific and efficient. Based on the related theories,this paper makes a study on working skills improvement of office directors from two aspects:the dealing with public relationship and office affairs.
