我国体育院校术科教师学缘结构问题研究

Structure of Graduation School of Skilled Teachers of Physical Education Institute in China

以我国11所体育院校的1207名术科教师为研究对象,采用调查、文献与实证分析相结合的方法,分析我国体育院校术科教师的学缘结构特征。结果表明:体育院校术科教师的学缘结构比率远远超过国家教育部规定的标准,原直属体育院校的学缘结构比率明显高于地方体育学院,属于典型化的"近亲繁殖"。学科教师的学缘结构较为合理,属于来源广泛的学缘结构。通过政策和措施,进一步改善和优化术科教师队伍的学缘结构,是我国体育院校进一步提升教学科研水平,激活学术思想,促进人才交流,消除学阀帮派,充分发挥体育院校在知识创新、传播体育文化中的作用的客观要求。

1207 sports teachers from 11 institutes and universities were chosen as objects of the study,methods of investigation,literature research and demonstration were employed to study the characteristics of graduation school of skilled teachers of physical education institute.The results show that the ratio of graduation school of skilled teachers of P.E.institutes far exceeds the standard made by Education Ministry.The ratio of graduation school of affiliated P.E.institutes and universities obviously surpasses that of local P.E.institutes,which is due to typical'inbreeding'.Further improving the structure of graduation school of skilled teache is an objective demand for raising the level of teaching and scientific,activating academic thoughts, bringing the role of knowledge creation and propagating culture into full play.
