摘要
目的:探讨急性力竭运动对SD大鼠血浆和心肌细胞中ET、AGTⅡ含量及心肌细胞膜上ETR活性的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠进行急性力竭游泳,用放射免疫法测定大鼠ET、AGTⅡ及ETR。结果:急性力竭大鼠血浆AGTⅡ和ET均显著高于对照组(P<0 01);心肌细胞中AGTⅡ与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0 05),ET含量则明显高于对照组(P<0 01);且可上调ETR的数量和亲和力(P<0 01)。结论:力竭运动有可能导致心肌的损伤,且其对心血管功能的影响,不仅通过促进内分泌激素浓度的改变(含量的变化),而且可通过改变受体的亲和力及结合容量,从而使激素的作用效力发生变化,进而影响心血管功能。
Exhausting exercise influence on both AGT Ⅱ,ET concentrations in plasma and myocardial cells and the activity of ET receptor on the myocardial membrane in SD rat is studied. After exhausting swimmed, the author measured the levels of AGTⅡ,ET and activity of ETR by RIA. Result: the concentrations of AGT Ⅱ,ET in plasma and ET concentration in myocardial cells are significantly increased (P<0.01 ) in exhausting group and elevated the activity of ETR (P<0.01 ) . Conclusion: Exhausting exercise is harmful to myocardial cells. It changes not only the concentrations of hormone,but also the activity of ETR, then influents the effect of hormone.
