摘要 建构主义理论认为学习过程是与学习者以前的经验相结合、积极建构知识的过程,主张营造良好的学习环境,加强学习中的人际交流,强调对所学内容与学习过程的监控和反思。这些观点对体育学习及其教学有极大启示。在介绍建构主义学习理论的基础上,指出要加强学习者自身的自主参与性,加强学习者与他人之间的信息交流,使学习者形成对运动项目的全面理解;要创设体育学习情境和真实背景,重视已有的和日常的经验;学习者要更新学习中的自我角色认识;要加强体育能力、体育思想和体育观念的建构;掌握自我控制的建构主义体育学习方法。 The theory of constructivism advocate that the process of learning should be combined with the learner's pervious experience and constructive knowledge's process. It advocates to create good learning environment, strengthen communication during learning, emphasize to control and rethink the content and process of learning. The view is extremely helpful to sports learning and teaching. This paper on the basis of introducing learning theory of constructivism to point that it should strengthen the learners own participation and communication information with others,so as to let the learner form comprehension of the exercise item;and it also should create sports learning circumstances and real environment, attach importance to existing experience and every day's experience;the learner should renew the reorganization of owner self-role during learning, strengthen to construct the ability ,the idea and the conception of sports.Similarly, the learner should master the method which is owner self-control of constructivism sports learning.
