Reconsideration on Development of High-level Sports Team of Jiangsu University

通过实践调研和理论论证,提出当前江苏大学高水平运动队发展的三个步骤,即改革举措"具体化"、项目设置"特色化"、师资聘用"专业化",逐步实现办大学高水平运动队的预期目标。

Through practical investigation and theoretical proof, this paper develops three steps, which are specification of the reforming measures, characterization of project establishment and specialization of teaching employment to realize the target of developing university high-level sports team gradually.
