华北三所高校大学生运动行为的知识、态度、信念、行为的调查研究

Survey about Exercise Knowledge, Attitude,Believe and Behaviors of Students of Three Colleges in the North of China

从健康促进的视角出发,探讨健康危险行为的发生特点及其原因。采用回顾性研究方法,自制运动行为KABP问卷,对华北三所高校573名大学二年级学生进行了运动行为的统计分析。结果表明相当数量的大学生存在运动缺乏的健康危险行为。应采取有效干预,增加大学生运动行为,降低健康危险行为。

For health promotion characteristics of health risk behaviors among college students are studied. A questionnaire survey on KABP of health risk behaviors was conducted among 573 college students in Grade Two. Results:Risk behaviors of less exercise happened regularly in college students. Conclusion: The measure and strategy should be done to prevent risk behaviors and increase exercise activity in college students.
