“激发引导兴趣教学法”对中学生体育运动动机的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过"激发引导兴趣教学法"对中学生参与体育活动动机的影响进行实验研究,探索"激发引导兴趣教学法"和传统的学校体育教学法对我国中学生体育锻炼动机的强度和动机上的困扰的不同影响。通过实验表明,和传统的学校体育教学方法相比,"激发引导兴趣教学法"能使中学生在参与体育活动的过程当中获得更多的快乐体验,从而增加他们参与体育锻炼动机的强度;和传统的学校体育教学方法相比,"激发引导兴趣教学法"能使中学生降低参与体育锻炼动机方面的困扰,这将有利于学生终身体育锻炼观念的形成。 This paper researches on the influence of sports of exercise motivation of middle school students with stimulation & guidance of interest teaching method and reveals the differences which impact on trouble of strength and motivation of Chinese middle school students between stimulation & guidance of interest teaching method and traditional P.E. teaching method. According to experiment results, we find that stimulation & guidance of interest teaching method can bring more enjoyment to middle school students in the sports compared with traditional P.E. teaching method, so as to increase the strength of their sports exercise motivation. At the same time, it can also decrease the trouble of sports exercise motivation of middle school students' sports exercise motivation. It will help to form the idea of lifelong exercise to students.
