摘要
本实验给大鼠注射大肠杆菌内毒素复制了急性肺损伤模型。结果显示,注射内毒素后中性粒细胞在肺内积聚和浸润、肺内组胺和5—羟色胺含量升高、血浆纤维结合蛋白下降,提示这些因素在肺损伤的发生中有重要作用,认为急性肺微循环障碍是肺损伤重要的病理生理基础。
88 rats were used in this experiment.Acute lung in-jury(ALI)was produced by injection of E.coil endo-toxin.The results showed accumulation of polymor-phoneutrophil(PMN)in microvasculature,interstitialPMN infiltration,increase of lung histamine and serotonincontent and decrease of plasma fibronectin.It is suggestedthat all the above abnormalities may play improtant rolesin lung injury and acute pulmonary microcirculatory dis- turbance is the most improtant pathophysiological changesof ALT.
