There are many new records produced every year, which mark the significant improvment of track and field sports level in our province. And also it closely relates to educational development of hunan province. The progress of contest achievement also enlarge the celebrity rating of each college. The significance has exceeded the meaning of itself. This text sum up experience, at the same time, it aims at excellant achievement and skills comparing and analyzing among universities. It proceeds from continuous development strategy and puts forward a few reference opinions.
