透析相关心包炎

Dialysis associated pericarditis

作看报告透析相关心包炎10例,其中4例心包炎完全缓解。有效率40%(?)3例强化透析致死,3例死于心包填塞及相关并发症,总死亡率60%。本文对透析相关心包炎的定义发病机理及治疗进行了探讨。

Ten patients with dialysis associated pericarditis(DAPC)are reported.Of them four were cured clini-cally.Three patients died of intensive hemodialysis.Theother three parients died of pericadial tamponade and itsassociated complications.The defi(?)tion,pathoge(?)esis andtreatment of DAPC are discussed.
