摘要
本文介绍力学研究所在研究爆炸复合界面波形成机理方面的主要进展并评述前人,的有关工作,我们的系统实验和分析说明用卡门涡列比拟或亥姆霍兹失稳来解释界面波的形成是缺乏根据的;而和应变率无关的材料强度对波的形成起着重要作用。我们建议了一个简单的流体——塑性体模型,可以用来解释界面波形成的一些主要特性,用它估算的界面波波长值也和实验值定性吻合。
Some of the main progress on the investigation of the mechanism of the wave formation in explosive welding at the Institute of Mechanics is introduced and others' previous works are reviewed in this paper. Our systematic experiments and analysis do not substantiate the theory of wave formation based on Karman vortex-street analogy or Helmholtz instability. On the contrary they show that material strength insensitive to strain rate plays an important role. A simple hydroplastic model is presented to explain the main features regarding the interfacial wave formation and to estimate the magnitude of wave length. The result is in broad agreement with experiment.
