Clinical study and CT scanning in Parkinson's disease

本文报告147例帕金森病的CT与临床,99例(67.3％)CT发现有异常,其中大脑皮质萎缩78例,大脑皮质下萎缩77例,脑干萎缩72例,小脑萎缩40例,尾状核头部密度减低和变小82例,基底节钙化34例。讨论了CT异常表现与年龄、病期、临床类型、智力障碍的关系。

147 cases of Parkinson's disease were studied clinically and with CT scanning. Abnormal findings were seen on the CT scans in 99 cases (67.3%), among which 78 were cerebral cortical atrophy, 77 cerebral subcortical atrophy, 72 brainstem atrophy, 40 cerebellar atrophy. 82 cases revealeda density decrease and a smaller size of caput nuclei caudati and 34 cases had calicification of basal ganglia. Correlations between findings on the CT and age, course of the disease, clinical types, and mental disturbances were discussed.
