脑萎缩患者局部大脑血流量及血生化的研究

Studies of rCBF arid blood biochemstry in patients with cerebral atrophy

本文观察了36例脑萎缩患者和29例对照组的大脑皮层局部脑血流量(rCBF),同时测定了血糖、血脂和血粘度的变化,结果表明:脑萎缩组rCBF明显低于对照组(P<0.01);全血粘度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),甘油三酯高于对照组,血糖偏于正常值低限。相关分析发现rCBF与全血比粘度呈负相关(r=0.337,P<0.05)。提示rCBF下降及血液生化异常可能先于痴呆的发生,而提高rCBF、降低血粘度及甘油三酯对于防治脑萎缩、推迟痴呆的出现可能具有重要意义。

We observed the rCBF of the cortex in 36 patients with cerebral atrophy and 29 normal con- trols. The blood sugar, blood lipid and blood viscosity were tested simultaneously. It showed that the rCBF in patients with cerebral atrophy was lower significantly, the blood lind was higher, but the blood sugar was lower. Correlation analvsis revealed negative one between rCBF and blood viscosity. It is suggested that the low rCBF may be related to the abnormality of blood biochemstry.
