中枢神经系统肉芽肿性血管炎(附1例报告)

Granulomatous angiitis of the central nervous system ease report

报道1例反复发生中枢神经多灶性损害及头痛、呕吐、视乳头水肿等弥漫性脑功能障碍、颅脑成象显示多发性病灶的患者,经脑活检显示肉芽肿性血管炎表现。除激素外加用细胞毒性药物硫唑嘌呤后症状明显好转,10个月后除有部分失认外基本恢复正常。头颅MRI无新病灶出现。本文对中枢神经系统肉芽肿性血管炎的诊断、治疗等进行文献复习与讨论。

One male adult patient with recurrent central nervous system multifocal damage signs and diffuse brain dysfunction (headache, vomiting, papilledema,ete.)was reported. Brain imaging showed multifocal abnormalities. Granulomatous angiitis was shown in brain biopsy. Besides agnosia, all symptoms disappeared in ten months after azathioprine was given in addition to steroids. No more abnormal foci appeared on MRI. The literature,diagnosis and therapy of granulomatous angiitis were reviewed and discussed.
