摘要 针对部分柴油机气缸盖在服役初期出现了不同程度、不同位置的破坏现象 ,本文采用三维有限元建模对缸盖进行了结构强度分析 ,计算了气缸盖的温度场、综合应力场 ,其计算结果和试验结果基本吻合。为柴油机气缸盖改进结构设计提供了理论依据。 The cylinder head of a diesel engine has a complex structural configuration. Due to the severely ununiform temperature distribution,a cylinder head is simultaneously subject to a mechanical loading and a thermal one during working and is one of the burdened parts in a diesel engine. The failure of the cylinder head is one of the important factors that shorten the life of the diesel engine. A 3D FE analysis for the strength of cylinder head for diesel engine is presented in this paper and its 3D temperature field and coupled stresses field are also presented. The numerical results fit the experimental results very well and all the data provide a theoretical basis for improving the structure of a cylinder head.
