摘要
对车辆变速器噪声是否超标的出厂质量检测 ,目前常采用声级计测量声压级的方法。由于该方法测得的声压级受背景噪声的影响 ,故只能在消声室中进行。为实现生产现场的在线测量 ,给出了相关推导公式 ,提出了声压级的振动检测方法 ,即通过测得变速器箱体的振动加速度信号获得其在线噪声声压级的测量方法 ,该方法有效地避免了背景噪声的影响。实践证明 ,该方法使变速器噪声出厂检测更为便捷、有效 ,有助于提高变速器的出厂质量 ,从而有效地改善车辆的性能。
At present,the common method of testing whether the noise generated by vehicle transmission exceeds the delivery test standard or not is to measure the noise sound pressure level by means of sound level meter. Since the measuring result is susceptible to background noise,the method can only be carried out in anechoic chamber. In this paper,to realize the measurement of sound pressure level directly on production line,we present the derived relevant formula and propose a new vibration measurement method,which can effectively prevent from being affected by the background noise and obtain the sound pressure level of transmission noise on production line by testing the vibration acceleration signals of transmission box. It proved that the proposed method made the delivery test of transmission noise more convenient and effective. Moreover,it can benefit upgrading the transmission delivery quality and even improving the performance of whole vehicle.
