摘要
运用蚁群算法和 Matlab语言 ,编制了往复振动筛运动参数仿真计算的算法实现程序 ,并运用该程序对往复振动筛的振动圆频率、振幅、振动方向角和振动面倾角进行了优化仿真计算。优化计算结果表明 :物料沿振动筛面的平均推进速度达到 0 .188m / s;在保证物料不跳离筛面的条件下 ,振动惯性达到最大值。
Based on the ant colony algorithms and Matlab,the realization programs regarding moving parameters simulation of vibrating screens were made. When the programs were used in optimization simulation of vibration frequencies,amplitudes,direction angles and tilt angles,the optimization results showed that the average moving speed of feed materials along vibrating screen surface was 0 188 m/s and the vibration inertia reached the maximum on condition that the feed materials kept on no leave of the vibrating screens.
