摘要
介绍了在安钢原料条件下配用高镁粉的烧结试验及生产情况。实验室试验和工业生产结果表明 ,高镁粉MgO含量高 ,在烧结过程中用其替代白云石 ,其用量只需 1%即可满足要求 ,且对烧结生产技术质量指标影响小或没有影响 。
The sintering test and production with addition of high-grade magnesia fine to replace the dolomite were conducted in ANGANG sintering plant. The results showthat with addition of 1% high-grade magnesia fine in mix, the requirement for MgO cnetent in sinter can be met and without influence on the sinter quality. So the high-grade magnesia fine is preference MgO-bearing addition agent.
