青海应实施优先发展轻工业战略

Qinghai Should Implement the Strategy of Light Industry′s Preferential Development

青海经济发展落后的原因之一在于缺乏主导产业,轻重工业发展严重失衡。根据战略产业选择的原则,结合青海实际、特色、地理区位及经济发展环境,笔者认为:最有可能成为战略主导产业的应是轻工业。因此,应尽快调整原有思路,在轻重工业并举发展的同时,实施优先发展轻工业的发展战略。

The economy of Qinghai is less developed.There are two important reasons,one is short of dominant industry,the other is the development of light industry and heavy industry are out of balance.According to the principle about the choice of strategic industry,and by analyzed the reality,characteristic,and the environment of geograph and economic development of Qinghai,the writer considers that the light industry should become a dominant industry.So,the original thought should be adjusted:when both the light industry and the heavy industry develop,do give priority to the development of light industry.
