商代酿酒业及其饮酒、酗酒风气 被引量:6

摘要 商代酿酒业的发展主要表现在其酿酒的原料充足、酒类有所增加、酿酒技艺有所发展等方面,由此奠定了当时商人饮酒、酗酒的基础。商代末期的饮酒风之盛是前所未有的,当时从商王到大小贵族及一般的平民无不嗜酒,以至在饮酒上给后人留下了许多笑料。商代因酗酒而灭亡的阴影始终在历史中挥之不去,其教训是深刻的,但因此而否定商代酿酒业的发展,却是不足取的。 The development of wine-making industry in Shang Dynasty was principally demonstrated in abundant wine-making resources,increaes in wine kinds,and the advancement of wine-making techniques,based on which the general mood of drinking and drinking indulgement was established.The drinking mood in late Shang Dynasty is unprecedented,and nobody at that time from the kings to ordinary people did not drink.Thus many a joke about the drinking was left.The Shang Dynasty was to some degree ruined with the drinking indulgement,but the development in wine-making industy in Shang Dynasty should not be negated.
