乡村科技的推广与服务——科技下乡的人类学视野之一

Popularization and Service of Agriculture Science and Technology in the Countryside──from a Perspective of Anthropology

通过桂村 2 0年来的科技下乡 ,一方面肯定了政府及非政府组织在乡村现代农业科学技术的推广与服务上所做出的诸种努力 ,另一方面指出了其中应该改进的地方 ,如少些指令、多些投入 ,注重农民的意愿和地方性知识的运用等等。

Through an investigation of the spreading of science and technology in Guicun, Long-An county, Guangxi province in the past 20 years, the paper presents the efforts done by both the government and non-government organs in the process of the spreading, and at the same time, it points out some aspects needed to be improved in the popularizing, like investing more instead of giving more orders, caring more about the ideas of peasants and putting local knowledge into practical use.
