The enterprise resource planning (ERP) appears in U. S. A. first. Its successful application in business administration, while bringing the great economic benefits to enterprise, has strengthened the competitiveness of enterprises too. ERP, which was developed from MRP (the material requirements planning), is produced with change of enterprise's outside competitive environment. Analysis to the development process of ERP system can implement ERP system to enterprises of our country helpfully. Meanwhile, the application in business administration of ERP can bring quantization and qualitative advantage to enterprise. According to law of historical development, enterprises meet the development of cybereconomy, implement the ERP system.
