摘要
目的 研究单核 巨噬细胞在哮喘发病中的作用。方法 选用致敏小鼠、致敏后诱喘的小鼠各 30只及对照组小鼠 10只 ,在不同时间段收集肺泡灌洗液、腹腔冲洗液并观察细胞学改变。结果 致敏组及诱喘组小鼠在致敏后 2、5、7d ,腹腔Mφ数、BALF细胞总数、肺泡Mφ数均显著高于正常对照组 ,且致敏组小鼠腹腔Mφ数 ,肺泡Mφ数到达峰值的时间和下降趋势呈现相关性。 结论 致敏后巨噬细胞可能由腹腔移行至肺泡 ,并可提呈外源性抗原。
Objective To investigate the role of macrophage in asthma. Method We adopted thirty mice for OVA challenged group,thirty for OVA rechallenged group and ten for the control group to collect the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and do periotoneal cavity irrigation and observe the quantity change of the cells in different time. Result After challenging,at the second,fifth,seventh day,both absolute number of alveolar macrophage,abdominal cavity macrophage,total BALF cells of challenged and rechallenged group were more than that control group. At the same time,in the challenged group,the reaching peak time and descending tendency of alveolar macrophage showed correlation with abdominal cavity macrophage. Conclusion There is a possibility that the the macrophage may migrate from abdominal cavity to alveolar after being challenged and present foreign antigen.
