摘要
目的 探讨锁眼入路颅脑手术对患者血糖的影响。方法 根据不同手术方法随机选择 2 0例神经外科肿瘤手术患者分为普通开颅组 (A组 )和锁眼手术组 (B组 ) ,每组 10例。在麻醉诱导前 (T1)、插管后 (T2 )、切皮后(T3 )、肿瘤切除时 (T4)、拔管后 (T5)、术后 6h(T6)分别测定血糖浓度。结果 A组患者在T4、T5、T6时间点与T1时间点比较 ,血糖浓度差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 1) ;B组患者在T5、T6时间点与T1时间点比较血糖浓度差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,A、B两组患者在T1、T2 、T3 、T4时间点血糖浓度差别无显著意义 ,而在T5、T6时间点差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 锁眼入路手术应激反应较普通开颅组低。
Objective To Observe the effects of keyhole operations on blood glucose levels. Methods Twenty patients undergoing brain tumor resection were divided into 2 groups with 10 cases each:group A common craniocerebral operations,In group B keyhole operations were done.Blood glucose levels were measured before induction(T 1),after intubation(T 2),after skin incision(T 3),at tumor excision(T 4),after extubation(T 5) and 6 h after the surgery (T 6). Results The blood glucose levels in group A increased significantly at T 4、T 5、T 6 compared with T 1(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.01); In group B it increased significantly at T 5、T 6 compared with T 1 (P<0.05、P<0.05),there was no significant difference at T 1、T 2、T 3、T 4 between A and B,but there was significant difference at T 5、T 6 between A and B (P<0.05、P<0.01). Conclusion Keyhole operations has lower stress degree.
