摘要
世界级城市的农产品流通渠道可分为“市场流通”和“市场外流通”两大部分。市场流通 ,即农产品经各类批发市场集散、交易、形成价格后 ,经零售市场最终转移到消费者手中的过程 ;市场外流通 ,则指农产品不经批发市场交易而径直转移到零售机构、消费团体或出售给个体消费者的过程。该课题研究了东亚模式东京都、西欧模式巴黎、北美模式纽约等的农产品市场体系模式 ,总结了上述三大世界级城市的农产品市场建设模式及其经验教训 ,可为领导和农产品流通管理部门及流通企业研究与吸取发达国家的经验提供抉择参考。
The agricultural products distribution channels in cosmopolises can be divided into two parts, “market circulation” and “out-of-market circulation”. The market circulation is a process in which agricultural products are collected and distributed in all kinds of wholesale markets and finally turned to consumers through retail markets. The out-of-market circulation is a process in which agricultural products are directly turned to retailers, group or individual consumers instead of wholesale markets. We studied the patterns of agricultural products market systems such as the East Asia pattern of Tokyo, the West Europe pattern of Paris and the North America pattern of New York, and summarized the patterns of building agricultural products market systems in the above three cosmopolises and their experience and lessons, which could afford much useful information to administrative departments and enterprises of agricultural products circulation to study the experience of developed countries.
