摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征 (Porcinereproductiveandrespiratorysyndrome ,PRRS)是能够引起母猪的繁殖障碍和新生仔猪呼吸症状的一种严重危害养猪业的传染病。 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,此病已几乎传播到世界各养猪国家 ,造成世界养猪业严重经济损失。此病在中国的流行和分布也日益广泛 ,危害也日益严重 ,故受到国内外学者的高度重视 ,对本病的研究也正在逐渐深入。特别是诊断和检测技术的研究正日益受到关注 ,并建立起了一些新的方法和技术 ,如RT PCR、阻断ELISA、原位杂交 (ISH)等 ,同时 ,一些传统的诊断检测技术也得到了改进。这都为PRRSV的诊断和检测提供了新的思路和方法。 Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) is a viral disease primarily causing respiratory problems in piglets and growers, but also causing respiratory failure in susceptible sows. Since 1990,PRRS has nearly transmitted to many parts of the world. Currently it is the most economically important infectious disease faced by swine industry of many countries. And more and further researches to PRRSV are in progress. In recent years, many new diagnose methods have appeared: RT-PCR, Block-ELISA, and ISH etc.. Meanwhile, many traditional PRRSV diagnostic technology had been improved, it offered us new methods and technology to diagnose the PRRSV.
