摘要 H3 5 5~ 5 60铸造机座新型IP2 3高压电机设内、外风扇通风散热 ,外风扇将大部分风吹拂机座表面的散热片 ,另一部分穿过端盖吹入电机内部。内风扇从四路或三路吸出电机体外 ,一路经机座的四个轴向通风孔、第二路经转子轭通风孔、另两路经气隙和齿部轴向通风孔抽出 ,穿过端盖出风口一起排到电机外面。 The new high-voltage motors (IP23) with cast frame from 355 to 560 are provided with the internal and external fans for ventilating and cooling. The external fan blows most of air along the cooling ribs of frame and blows the rest of it into the motor via the endshield. And then the air inside the motor is exhausted via three or four routes by the internal fan. The air is exhausted through the four axial vents via the frame, the vents of the rotor yoke, and the gap and the axial vents of teeth, and then exhausted to outside of motor through the vents of endshield.
