This paper presents the formulas for calculating the torque between the screw cap and the screw and fitting surface of thread through analyzing the torque produced during JYB range of hydraulic torque spanner fastening or unfastening the screw caps, and provides scientific theoretical base for selecting and using the hydraulic torque spanner reasonably.
