氧化铝生产中提高高压溶出效率的途径

Approach of Increasing Pressure Leaching of Aluminum Oxide

通过对目前氧化铝生产中高压溶出进料量、机组运转率及技术指标状况的分析,指出了各项指标未达标的原因,提出了相应的改进措施。提出通过加强生产管理、优化操作条件可使溶出系统提高产能,对实际生产具有指导意义。

By analysis on feeding rate, running efficiency of sets and technical indexes for pressure leaching system during production of aluminum oxide, the reasons for indexes no reaching the standards and relevant improvements are pointed out. It is suggested that the leaching system capacity and enterprise economic effectiveness can be increased if production management being strengthen and operating conditions being optimized.
