摘要 介绍了用催化酸浸工艺从铜铋硫化物渣中回收铜。分析了各因素(酸度、温度、催化剂、氧化剂)对铜浸出率的影响,给出了工艺参数。所得硫酸铜产品质量达到国标(GB437—93)农用级标准。铜浸出率大于96%,Cu、Bi、S、As得到有效分离。工艺中废气、废水可达标排放,设备简单,流程短,成本低,经济效益显著。 The catalysis-acid leaching process of copper bismuth sulphide dregs is introduced. The effects of acidity, temperature, catalyst, oxide on the process are analyzed. The process parameters are obtained. The cupric sulfate quality is accord with the standard(GB437-93). Over 96 percent of copper was leached. Copper, bismuth, sulphur, arsenic in dregs can be effectually separated and can be comprehensive utilization. The waste gas and waste water yielded in the process can be direct discharged. The process has simple equipments and short flow, low cost. Economical benefit is good.
