A Study of Financing and Policy Support for High-Tech Enterprises

我国科技创新能力与国际先进水平的差距较大,科技国际竞争力排世界第28位,并已连续3年下降,科技成果转化率不足15％。我国发展高新技术产业已刻不容缓。高新技术产业化的关键是解决高新技术企业融资难的问题,这也是全球高新技术企业发展过程中普遍存在的问题。本文通过对高新技术产业化的瓶颈——融资缺口成因的分析,提出化解高新技术企业融资缺口的途径和政策支持建议。

There exists a big gap between China's innovative power in science and technology and the world's advanced level. China's competitiveness in this respect ranks 28th in the world and has been declining for the past 3 years. Less than 15% of China's scientific and technological innovations have been put into practical use. There is no time to lose. China must take immediate actions to develop its high-tech industries, and the way out is to get the financing problem settled. This is also a problem troubling the development of global high-tech industries. This article, by analyzing the causes of financing shortfal——the bottleneck for high-tech industries, puts forward ways to settle the problem as well as policy support suggestions.
