摘要 综述了钛、钽及铬熔融盐电镀研究的动态。回顾了钛、钽及铬熔融盐电镀发展的历程、取得的成果以及今后发展的趋势 ,并希望国内的研究者加快步伐 ,推进钛、钽及铬熔融盐电镀工艺在生产中的应用 。 The research status of molten salts electroplating of Ti, Ta and Cr are reviewed. While discussing the history, achievement and development of molten salts electroplating of Ti, Ta and Cr, the domestic researchers to try their best to accelerate the application of the Ti, Ta and Cr molten salts electroplating process in China is presented. The problems of molten salts electroplating of Ti, Ta and Cr are discussed.
