摘要
通过理论推导 ,建立一次风管道弯头内外圈之间的差压信号与一次风速的函数关系 ,经试验研究证明 ,该函数关系完全正确而且不受弯头角度大小的影响。经实际应用对比试验证明 ,该技术具有很高的可靠性和精度 ,可解决一次元件磨损问题 ,而且成本低 ,通用性强 ,能完全满足一次风速在线监测的需求。
This research intends to set up a functional relationship between the differential pressure signal between the inner and outer circle of the primary wind-speed elbows and the primary wind-speed through theoretical deduction.Experimental researches have proved that this functional relationship is completely correct and free from the influence of the size and the angle of the elbows.According to practical comparative experiments,this data is highly reliable and precise.Characterized by low cost and wide application,it can solve the problem of abrasion of components and completely satisfies the requirement of the one-time wind-speed online measure.
