摘要
建国以来,全国性的工资调整和改革有过多次,每次工资制度改革方案都力求与当时的经济、政治形势相适应。时至今日,随着形势的变化,工资制度的改革也需要与时俱进;而对我国工改的渐进过程进行总结和反思,将有助于我们了解收入分配领域改革的主要经验,进而为新一轮工资制度改革做好前期的基础性准备,确保真正落实十六大提出的关于“理顺分配关系”的战略任务。
Since the founding of the Peoples Republic, there have been several nationwide reforms of salary systems, to adapt to the given political and economical situations. The reform itself must also be improved with time. Therefore, a summary and a reflection of the evolution of the salary reforms will help us to have a better understanding of the changes in this field. Only in this way can we get ready for a new round of salary system reform to secure the fulfillment of the strategic task of Normalizing Salary Relationship proposed by the CPCs 16th General Assembly.
