摘要
通过问卷调查和教学实验,研究体育课对学生心理素质的影响,结果显示在学生的自尊自信、人际交往、意志品质和适应能力方面都有不同程度的提高。因此,建议有关部门适当增加大学生体育课和课外活动的次数,以提高学生心理健康水平。
This treatise researches the effect,that the physical education does,on the college stuents' psychological health by paper investigation,teaching practice and comparison.The study shows that the physical education can make a great progress in students' psychological Health,especially in self-confidence,calm mood,will power and adaptability.So,a suggestion is given to the departments concerned that the college physical education and extracurricular activities should be increased in a proper level in order to promote the students' level of psychological health.
