中华民族传统体育在发展过程中表现出地域性特征,也是各民族文化的反映,民族传统体育在发展过程中经过了自然的筛选,由封闭逐步走向开放,在由自然性向规范性过渡中进行了走向世界的尝试。民族体育传统在现代化的过程中,必须保留其基本文化内涵,并保持一种开放的心态,加强理论与实践研究,使中华民族传统体育真正走向世界。

There is the regional character of Chinese nation tradition sports in the course of development, which is the reflection of the national culture and will be chosen naturally in the advancement.The nation tradition sports are from obturation to opening gradually when it tried to open to the world from the nature to the standardization.But,in the course of opening,researchers must preserve its basic cultural centre and keep in the opening mind;persist in the academic and practical study of Chinese nation tradition sports,then it will open to the World in the future.
