张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折疗效分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Internal Fixation with Tension plus Steel Wire in Treating Patellar Fracture

目的 :旨在探讨采用张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折的手术及术后疗效。方法 :对 1988年 10月至 2 0 0 2年9月收治的 2 6例髌骨骨折的患者 ,采用克氏针张力带钢丝治疗。结果 :半年后恢复基本正常的 15例 ,15个月关节恢复正常的 11例 ,无骨折愈合延迟或骨折不愈合、关节僵硬及创伤性关节炎的发生。结论 :认为张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折确为一种有效的治疗方法 ,对于粉碎性的髌骨骨折也适用 ,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with tension plus steel wire in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:From Oct.1998 to Sept.2002,26 patients with patellar fracture were admitted into our hospital and treated by Kirschner pins tension plus steel wire.Results:The joint became normal in 15 cases after half a year and in 11 cases after one year and 3 months.No union delay or healing or articular rigidity or traumatic arthritis was obseved.Conclusion: The therapy is effective,and it can also be used in comminuted fracture.
