改良式剖宫产术89例临床分析

Analysis of 89 of Modified Hysterotomotokia

目的 :评价改良式剖宫产术的临床价值。方法 :行下腹耻上横弧形切口剖宫产的改良术 ,并与同期下腹正中切口子宫下段横切剖宫产术进行比较。结果 :改良式剖宫产术时间短 ,术中出血量少 ,术后排气时间短 ,疼痛轻 ,切口体表美观。结论 :改良式剖宫产因手术时间短 ,切口感染机会少 ,具有很好的临床价值。

Objective:To assess the clinical value of modified hysterotomotokia.Methods:Modified hysterotomotokia,which was based on the hysterotomotokia by the middle of beuy notch and the lower part of uterus notch,was carried out by horizontal carve notch in beuy above pubis in 89 patients and comparisions were made between the two operations. Results:Modified hysterotomotokia took less time and had less bleeding.In addition,it needed less time for vent,and patients felt slighter pain and its appearance was more beautiful.Conclusion:The modified operation is of much clinical value because of less time for operation and few chances of infection.
