Learning from the worked example is one of the focuses of learning transfer. The article primarily introduces the main aspects of this research, including research mach for ining mechanism, designing worked example and the factors influencing the effect of learning transfer. Furthermore, the meanings and the affects of the research are also briefly commented in the article. Finally, the author points out the problems which should be further solved in this research.
