摘要
围绕如何有效地使用重击,着重分析了重击的要领以及如何提高击打效果,并进一步指出要通过科学的训练,发挥重击在散打对抗比赛中的最佳效果。
This paper is mainly about how to use heavy stroke effectively, mainly analyzes the key point of heavy stroke and how to improve the result of' stroke, and points out that the best result of heavy stroke can be attained in Sanda dual meet by scientific training.
