明清时期我国蔗糖外销的流向 被引量:3

摘要 与其他商品相比 ,中国的蔗糖较早地参与了国际市场的竞争。从明末清初开始 ,中国糖类产品的出口量日渐增大 ,至鸦片战争前 ,我国蔗糖的出口范围几乎遍及全球各地。鸦片战争后 ,中国糖类产品的输出地更广泛 ,贸易对象更多。总的看来 ,从明末开始 ,中国的蔗糖已经成为世界糖业经济市场上一支重要的力量 ,对世界糖业市场的发展起着重要的作用。 Compared with other commodities,the sugar of China participated in the competition of the international market in an earlier time. Since the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty,China exported more and more sugar. By the time of the Opium War,the export of China's sugar had covered almost every part of the world. After the Opium War,China exported its sugar product to more countries and had more trade partners. Generally speaking,since the end of the Ming Dynasty,China's sugar had become an important force and played a significant role in the international sugar market.
