摘要
分析讨论了卷染机电液张力控制系统的组成和工作原理,针对该系统存在的稳定性和精度较差等问题,提出了增加张力积分补偿环节、在张力检测环节增加液压阻尼器等改进措施.建立了改进后系统各环节的动态数学模型,利用Matlab中的Simulink软件进行了系统动态特性的仿真.实验测试得到了不同输入电压时的张力实验曲线.仿真与实验结果基本吻合,这论证了数学模型的正确性.结果表明,改进后系统的稳定性和张力控制精度均得以提高.
The composition and working principle of jigger electro-hydraulic tension control system were analyzed. In order to enhance the stability and precision of the system, improvements such as adding an integrating compensating element and adding a damper in tension detection element were presented. Then the mathematical models of the system were established. By the use of Simulink Toolbox of Matlab, the system's dynamic characteristics were simulated. Finally the experiments were carried out under typical working conditions, and the tension curves at different input voltage and tension change were obtained. Numerical simulation results accord with the experiment in general, which proves the correctness of the mathematical models. And the results show that the suggested improvements can make the stability and precision of the electro-hydraulic tension control system better.
