摘要
分析了轻载时直流母线零电压过渡软开关逆变器存在的中点电压不平衡问题。通过理论分析对其产生的原因和对电路工作过程的影响进行了详细描述,并给出了该中点电压不平衡问题的解决方案,最后通过实验验证了方案的可行性。
This paper analyzes the unbalancing problem of neutral-point voltage with light load in DC-Rail ZVT soft-switching inverter. Description of the unbalance reason and the influence to the circuit operating process are detailed through theoretical analyses, and then the schemes of solving this problem are presented. Finally, the scheme feasibility is verified by experiments.
